Shoutout to Bao Bar in Skopje! These were probably the tastiest baos I have ever eaten. A warm bao bun with grilled chicken, shallots, chili sauce, lettuce, cilantro, and a sliced pickle on top. So tasty and really cheap. I can’t recommend this place enough.
