Degen Hill is an operations and project management lead with 10+ years of experience across digital media, Web3, and emerging tech. He specializes in turning messy, cross-functional work into clear systems—building workflows, launching products, improving processes, and keeping teams aligned from idea to execution.

Alongside ops and product work, he’s also a writer and storyteller. He’s the author of Contraception (2018) and A Viral State (2021), with short fiction published in multiple journals and anthologies. Whether he’s writing narrative worlds or designing operational ones, he’s drawn to the same thing: clarity, momentum, and human behavior under pressure.

Based in Southeast Asia and fueled by travel, weightlifting, and speculative fiction, Degen has visited 39 countries, owns too many football jerseys, and has never finished last in his Fantasy Football league.
